 Respiratory improvement

Halotherapy (treatment in a simulated salt environment), is widely acclaimed and has been used since the 19th century in Europe. It has recently found its way to Israel and the United Kingdom and now in the USA.  A series of 10-12 sessions has been shown to make an enormous difference in patients’ lives. The effect on children has been particularly dramatic.

Salt therapy uses the effect of dry highly dispersible aerosol of natural rock salt and other factors of the microclimate on the respiratory tract and the body as a whole. The size of the particles is the same as in natural salt caves. These so-called breathable particles penetrate into the bronchial tree in the form of finest crystals.

Mechanisms of Halotherapy action were tested on patients suffering from acute and chronic lung diseases and on persons subjected to respiratory disease risk.
